2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item does not match the description on our website

To qualify, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be returned within 3 calendar days of delivery

  • Include the original packaging and proof of purchase

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or opened products

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Cosmetic or gel products (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards or digital products

 

4. Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item:

  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship the replacement product

 

5. Return Process

For returns:

  1. Email us with your order details and reason for return

  2. Ship the item back using a trackable method

  3. Once received and approved, we’ll issue a refund or store credit

 

6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and a description so we can resolve the issue quickly.
